Minyatür tasarım için montaj teknolojisi, küçük 1K serisinin ve diğer wenglor ürünlerinin gereksinimlerine özel olarak uyarlanmıştır ve dar yer koşullarına sahip sistemlere montaj yapılmasına olanak sağlar. Minyatür montaj teknolojisi, gereksinime göre özel olarak kombine edilebilen çok parçalı bir sistemden oluşur. Son derece hafif olan sabitleme profilinin ölçüleri 10 × 10 mm’dir ve her dört tarafında da T kanalı vardır. Sensörler ve diğer ürünler, farklı sabitleme türleriyle doğrudan sabitleme profilinin üzerine veya hemen yanına 360° hizalama için bir adaptör plakası üzerine monte edilebilir.

Combinable with Round Bars
- Holding or connecting clamps 12 mm round profile bars and mounting profiles
- ZBSY001 and ZBSY003 clamps act as bar profile holders and are suitable for adapting mounting profiles and round bars to large aluminum profiles
- ZBSY002 clamp connects round profile bars and mounting profile vertically to each other
Alignment and Mounting Options of the Miniature Design
The miniature design can be individually assembled and combined with three degrees of freedom. Additional articles can be used for more degrees of freedom and alignment options.
(Direct) Mounting on the Mounting Profile
The sensor is mounted on the mounting profile and can be moved vertically. For direct mounting on the mounting profile, the sensor can be fastened either with T-slot screws and nuts or with T-slot nuts and oval head screws. It is also possible to mount the sensor using an adapter plate with slot nut.
Mounting System for Vertical 360° Rotation
Sensors and other products can be mounted on all four sides of the ZBPW202 mounting profile. Mounting is carried out either with T-slot screws and nuts, with T-slot nuts and oval head screws or via an adapter plate with slot nut.
Mounting System with Adapter Plate for 360° Rotation
Sensors and other accessories can be mounted on all four sides with an adapter plate and flexibly aligned. This mounting enables the products to be aligned 360° vertically and horizontally.
Versatile Application of Miniature Design
Mounting of Downward Looking Sensor
The clamp can be used as a connecting piece between a large mounting profile and a small mounting profile. The mounting profile is particularly suited for applications with sensors that are placed facing downwards above the system, as this is very light and the cable can be stowed in the groove. The sensor can be easily and compactly mounted on the mounting profile using slot nuts and oval head screws.
360° Alignment for Perfect Adjustment of the Sensors
In combination with the rounded mounting profile and the mounting system with adapter plate, the mounting system offers maximum flexibility in three degrees of freedom. Thanks to the mounting of the 1K format on the thin adapter plate, which is mounted directly on the mounting profile, rotation around its own axis is possible.
The combination of the mounting system with the ZBSY004 clamp enables parallel movement of the sensor without changing its angle. The slimmer mounting can also be used with round profile bars.
