Histoire

Une tech­no­lo­gie qui anime wen­glor sen­so­ric group de­puis plus de trois dé­cen­nies. Lors de ce voyage in­ter­ac­tif dans le temps, nous nous sommes plon­gés dans les ar­chives de wen­glor et avons re­tra­cé l’his­toire de l’en­tre­prise de­puis les an­nées 1980 – de l’ac­ti­vi­té dé­mar­rée dans un gre­nier à un groupe mon­dial.

    Die­ter Baur
    Die­ter Baur,​​​​​ comme Steve Jobs, le fon­da­teur d’Apple, est un vi­sion­naire et dé­ve­loppe ses pre­miers pro­to­types dans son ga­rage. L’ex­cel­lente ré­pu­ta­tion et le suc­cès gran­dis­sant des tech­no­lo­gies les plus avan­cées du mar­ché at­tire une clien­tèle de plus en plus large.

    D’une ac­ti­vi­té mo­deste à une en­tre­prise de très grande en­ver­gure
    Le pre­mier pro­jet de wen­glor est un franc suc­cès : Le cap­teur sa­ni­taire des­ti­né à l’en­tre­prise DAL est le pre­mier sys­tème de chasse d’eau sans contact pour toi­lettes pu­bliques.

    wen­glorz de­vient wen­glor
    L’en­tre­prise, dont le nom a dé­sor­mais la même conson­nance fi­nale que le terme al­le­mand « Sen­sor », crée sa propre ca­té­go­rie de cap­teurs et par­ti­ci­pe­ra sous une nou­velle ap­pa­rence à l’IN­TER­KA­MA 87 de Düsseldorf. Au­jourd’hui en­core, wen­glor est sy­no­nyme d’in­no­va­tion et de qua­li­té « Made in Ger­ma­ny ».

    Une in­no­va­tion mon­diale : Pal­peur à lu­mière rouge
    Le pre­mier cap­teur à lu­mière rouge et éli­mi­na­tion d’arrière-​plan est le mo­dèle HN22 de wen­glor. Sa spé­ci­fi­ci­té : La lu­mière rouge vi­sible sert d’auxi­liaire de ré­glage pré­cis et fa­cile à uti­li­ser. L’éli­mi­na­tion d’arrière-​plan per­met pour la pre­mière fois de sup­pri­mer les fac­teurs per­tur­ba­teurs de la zone de dé­tec­tion. Au début peu prise au sé­rieux par la concur­rence, cette tech­no­lo­gie est au­jourd’hui consi­dé­rée comme stan­dard par la grande ma­jo­ri­té des four­nis­seurs.

    Büyüme – Yeni şirket binası
    Bir yangın, Tett­nang’ın bir bölgesi olan Ge­merts­we­ler’deki ilk şirket mer­ke­zi­nin büyük bir kısmını yok ediyor. Bu büyük dar­beye rağmen şirket Obe­rhof sem­tinde yeni bir şirket mer­ke­zi­nin açılışını yapıyor ve 50 çalışanla üç mi­lyon DM’lik rekor bir ciro yapıyor.

    Has­sas lazer ışık ba­riye­ri
    wen­glor, sektörel ilan­lar ile yeni lazer ışık ba­riye­ri­nin tanıtımını yapıyor: Saç inceliğindeki nes­ne­ler güvenilir şekilde algılanabilir. Bunun gibi yayınlar, daha ayrıntılı bilgi almak is­teyen hedef kit­lede merak uyandırıyor.     İlk 100
    Şirket kuruluşundan sa­dece on yıl sonra uzman per­so­nele yönelik ih­tiyaç ciddi an­lam­da artmıştır ve 1994 yılında rekor bir sayı olan 100 çalışan se­viye­sine ulaşmıştır.

    Dünyanın en küçük sensörü
    Yeni wen­glor K-​tipi, o dönemde dünyanın en küçük ve en güçlü sensörü ola­rak kabul edi­liyor. 22 x 32 x 12 mm’lik küçük boyu­tu saye­sinde günümüze kadar optik sensör tasarımları arasında en çok satılan mo­de­li­dir. Dalga dalga başarı: Avru­pa dışındaki ilk kardeş şirket ABD’de ku­ru­luyor.

    Ro­ma­nya’ya doğru genişleme
    Çok sayıdaki uluslararası kardeş şirkete 2002 yılında ikin­ci bir üretim te­si­si ek­le­niyor: Ro­ma­nya Sibiu’da artık çok sayıda ürün grubu yüksek adet­lerde üretilmekle kalmıyor, ürün kon­sept­le­ri de kendi araştırma ve geliştirme bölümlerinde seri üretime hazır hale ge­ti­ril­mek­te­dir.

    Endüstriyel görüntü işleme
    wen­glor optik, aydınlatma ve de­po­la­ma medyasının kom­pakt bir gövdeye en­tegre edildiği bir görüntü sensörü geliştiriyor. İlk Smart Ca­me­ra ola­rak kabul edi­len bu sensörle, farklı sor­gu­la­ma kri­ter­le­ri­nin eş zamanlı ola­rak kay­de­dil­me­si, dijitalleştirilmesi ve stan­dart arayüzler üzerinden aktarılması mümkündür. Görüntü kaydının ka­li­te­si, önde gelen oto­mo­bil üreticileri tarafından hava yastıkları gibi haya­ti önem taşıyan araç bileşenlerinin üretiminde kullanılıyor.

    Al­ma­nya Yet­kin­lik Mer­ke­zi
    Tett­nang’da bu­lu­nan yeni depo, lo­jis­tik, eğitim ve üretim mer­ke­zi ilave 4.500 m² kullanım alanı ve şirket için yeni bakış açıları sunmaktadır. Mo­dern şirket mer­ke­zi sa­dece ye­rinde uzmanlık sağlamakla kalmıyor, aynı za­man­da jeo­ter­mal ısı, fo­to­vol­taik ve ısı yalıtımı saye­sinde tek­no­lo­jik ola­rak yeni kri­ter­ler be­lir­liyor.

    Yeni sektörler, yeni pa­zar­lar
    İlaç, gıda ve içe­cek endüstrisinin özel hi­jyen ge­rek­li­lik­le­ri için wen­glor, agre­sif ki­mya­sal­la­ra ve yüksek basınçlı te­miz­leyi­ci­lere karşı dayanıklı, V4 pas­lan­maz çe­lik­ten yeni bir ürün se­ri­si geliştirdi. 49 mi­lyon Euro’luk yeni bir ciro re­ko­ruy­la wen­glor küresel çap­ta­ki eko­no­mik krize güçlenmiş ola­rak gi­riyor.

    Kriz ye­rine ye­ni­lik
    Araştırma ve geliştirme alanında yapılan yüksek yatırımlar saye­sinde wen­glor mühendisleri ger­çek bir dahi başarısı elde ediyor. wen­glor interference-​free tech­no­lo­gy (win­tec) ile bu kriz süresinde, Hermes Award 2011’de üst düzey ürün ola­rak ödüllendirilen bir op­toe­lek­tro­nik sensör or­taya çıkıyor.

    Yeni asır: Yeni nesil
    Fa­bian ve Ra­fael Baur, ikin­ci nesil ola­rak şirket yönetimini devralıyor. wen­glor bu yıl 500’ün üzerinde çalışanıyla 53 mi­lyon Euro’luk yeni bir rekor ciro elde ediyor.

    the in­no­va­tive fa­mi­ly
    wen­glor en güçlü marka değerlerine odaklanıyor ve 30. şirket yıl dönümü için yeni ve ben­zer­siz bir imaj yaratıyor. Dönüşüm kapsamında Mi­kroe­lek­tro­nik GmbH, 2D/3D sensörler alanındaki uzmanlığı ile wen­glor­MEL ola­rak şirketler gru­bu­na dahil edi­liyor.

    In­no­va­tion World­wide
    The high de­mand for sen­sor and image pro­ces­sing tech­no­lo­gies not only en­sures in­no­va­tive pro­duct so­lu­tions in 2015, but also fur­ther growth in Ger­ma­ny and abroad. With the foun­ding of two sub­si­dia­ries in Ma­lay­sia and Bra­zil, wen­glor is fur­ther ex­pan­ding its in­ter­na­tio­nal bu­si­ness lo­ca­tions – to a total of 23 sub­si­dia­ries and 740 em­ployees in the wen­glor sen­so­ric group.

    In­no­va­tion in 1D, 2D and 3D
    The 2D/3D pro­file sen­sors in­clu­ded in the weCat3D se­ries are ex­pan­ding the range of image pro­ces­sing tech­no­lo­gies to en­com­pass the third di­men­sion. These sen­sors make it pos­sible to de­tect three-​dimensional ob­jects and out­put them using point clouds. Stan­dar­di­zed in­ter­faces en­able the quick trans­fer of di­gi­tal data for sub­sequent vi­sua­li­za­tion and µm-​accurate eva­lua­tion.

    New Pro­duc­tion and De­ve­lop­ment Cen­ter in Sibiu 
    The new pro­duc­tion and pro­duct de­ve­lop­ment cen­ter is ope­ned in Sibiu, Ro­ma­nia, thus ex­pan­ding floor space at our own smart fac­to­ry to 5,000 square me­ters. Thanks to its en­or­mous ca­pa­ci­ty, fully au­to­ma­ted pro­duc­tion lines are able to meet the gro­wing de­mand from the glo­bal au­to­ma­tion in­dus­try for new sen­sor and image pro­ces­sing tech­no­lo­gies.

    100% wen­glor – 100% Fa­mi­ly Bu­si­ness
    The wen­glor sen­so­ric group is fully family-​owned. After more than 35 years as ma­na­ging di­rec­tor, com­pa­ny foun­der Die­ter Baur has re­ti­red with his wife Bar­ba­ra Baur and has now fully en­trus­ted the ma­na­ge­ment of the com­pa­ny to his sons Fa­bian and Ra­fael.

    uni­Vi­sion – The All-​in-One Soft­ware
    The soft­ware de­ve­lop­ment di­vi­sion was ex­pan­ded in 2017 with ano­ther sub­si­dia­ry in Sa­ma­ra, Rus­sia, and ex­pan­ded by a soft­ware ex­pert team in Tett­nang in 2019. With the uni­Vi­sion 2.1 re­lease, the wen­glor group in­tro­duces spe­cial­ly de­ve­lo­ped soft­ware for 2D and 3D sen­sors.

  21. 2020

    Strong Part­ner­ship Against Glo­bal War­ming:
    wen­glor is co­ope­ra­ting with CLI­ME­WORKS to help re­duce CO2 in the at­mos­phere. The Swiss start-​up com­pa­ny has de­ve­lo­ped future-​oriented tech­no­lo­gy that re­moves car­bon dioxide from the am­bient air, which is then conver­ted into climate-​neutral sub­stances (such as car­bon). Through this sus­tai­nable part­ner­ship, wen­glor is ac­ti­ve­ly com­mit­ted to com­ba­ting glo­bal war­ming by re­co­ve­ring 15 tonnes of CO2 per year – which cor­res­ponds to ap­prox. 73,500 km in a medium-​class pe­trol ve­hicle.

    Growth and Ex­pan­sion in Chal­len­ging Times
    The long-​term cor­po­rate stra­te­gy en­sures growth even in times of cri­sis. Not only is the head­quar­ters in Tett­nang being ex­pan­ded to in­clude state-​of-the-art re­search and de­ve­lop­ment buil­dings, but also the lo­ca­tion of the sub­si­dia­ry wen­glor­MEL, which is fa­mous for the pro­duc­tion of 2D/3D sen­sors, in the dis­trict of Unterschleißheim near Mu­nich. A total of 10,500 m² of floor space will be crea­ted on six floors to offer room for fur­ther ty­pi­cal wen­glor in­no­va­tions in the fu­ture.

    Ex­cel­lence in Shape
    The new Sha­pe­Drive G4 3D sen­sors stand for ex­cel­lence and pre­ci­sion. They are high-​performance sen­sors in re­so­lu­tion and mea­su­re­ment speed, which cal­cu­late a 3D point cloud in the shor­test pos­sible time. The dif­ferent mea­su­ring vo­lumes en­able the sen­sor to be adap­ted to suit the ap­pli­ca­tion.

    Stra­te­gic Com­pa­ny Growth: New Ways into the Fu­ture
    The ope­ning of the new wen­glor­MEL re­search and de­ve­lop­ment buil­ding in Unterschleißheim and the ac­qui­si­tion of the Berlin-​based soft­ware de­ve­lo­per dee­vio, which im­presses with its ex­per­tise in the fields of AI and data science, create new op­por­tu­ni­ties for fur­ther wen­glor in­no­va­tions.
    wen­glor is also de­ve­lo­ping fur­ther on a tech­no­lo­gi­cal level: The new P3 sen­sors are par­ti­cu­lar­ly po­wer­ful and com­bine unique Triple A tech­no­lo­gy, high-​precision mea­su­re­ment and blue and red la­sers.
