Befestigungstechnik in Miniaturbauform

Die Befestigungstechnik für Miniaturbauform ist speziell auf die Ansprüche der kleinen 1K-Serie sowie weiteren wenglor-Produkten zugeschnitten und ermöglicht eine Installation in Anlagen mit beengten Platzverhältnissen. Die Miniaturbefestigungstechnik besteht aus einem mehrteiligen System, das je nach Anforderung individuell kombiniert wird. Das sehr leichte Befestigungsprofil hat eine Abmessung von 10 × 10 mm und an allen vier Seiten eine T-Nut. Mit verschiedenen Befestigungsarten können Sensoren und andere Produkte direkt am oder unmittelbar neben dem Befestigungsprofil auf einer Adapterplatte zur 360°-Ausrichtung montiert werden.

Alignment and Mounting Options of the Miniature Design

The miniature design can be individually assembled and combined with three degrees of freedom. Additional articles can be used for more degrees of freedom and alignment options.

(Direct) Mounting on the Mounting Profile

The sensor is mounted on the mounting profile and can be moved vertically. For direct mounting on the mounting profile, the sensor can be fastened either with T-slot screws and nuts or with T-slot nuts and oval head screws. It is also possible to mount the sensor using an adapter plate with slot nut.

Mounting System for Vertical 360° Rotation

Sensors and other products can be mounted on all four sides of the ZBPW202 mounting profile. Mounting is carried out either with T-slot screws and nuts, with T-slot nuts and oval head screws or via an adapter plate with slot nut.

Mounting System with Adapter Plate for 360° Rotation

Sensors and other accessories can be mounted on all four sides with an adapter plate and flexibly aligned. This mounting enables the products to be aligned 360° vertically and horizontally.

Anwendungsvielfalt der Miniaturbauform

Befestigung eines herabschauenden Sensors

Die Klemmschelle kann als Verbindungsstück zwischen einem großen Befestigungsprofil und einem kleinen Befestigungsprofil eingesetzt werden. Das Befestigungsprofil eignet sich besonders bei Anwendungen mit Sensoren, die über der Anlage herabschauend positioniert werden, da dieses sehr leicht ist und das Kabel in der Nut verstaut werden kann. Mit Hilfe von Nutensteinen und Linsenkopfschrauben kann der Sensor einfach und kompakt an dem Befestigungsprofil montiert werden.

360°-Ausrichtung für perfekte Einstellung der Sensoren

In Kombination mit dem abgerundeten Befestigungsprofil und dem Befestigungssystem mit Adapterplatte bietet das Befestigungssystem maximale Flexibilität in drei Freiheitsgraden. Dank der Befestigung der 1K-Bauform an der dünnen Adapterplatte, die direkt an dem Befestigungsprofil montiert wird, ist eine Drehung um die eigene Achse möglich.
Die Kombination des Befestigungssystems mit der Klemmschelle ZBSY004 ermöglicht eine Parallelverschiebung des Sensors ohne dessen Winkel zu verändern. Die schlankere Befestigung kann auch mit Rundprofilstangen verwendet werden.
