Edge detection

Edge detection is classified in dropping edge and rising edge. Dropping edge: The dropping edge (after releasing the button) generates the start signal. The evaluation of the dropping edge is an additional safety measure against unexpected restart in case of a manipulated or defective button. Rising edge: The rising edge (after operating the button) generates the start signal.
