Mounting System Technologies

Base hol­ders are moun­ted on alu­min­um sys­tem pro­files and are used for se­cu­re and sta­ble hol­ding of moun­ting pro­files and bars, which are pu­shed into the base hol­der from above or from the side and clam­ped. wenglor’s port­fo­lio in­clu­des base hol­ders for moun­ting bars with Ø 12 mm as well as base hol­ders in which moun­ting pro­files 10 × 10 mm and moun­ting bars with Ø 12 mm can be in­ser­ted.

Bar clamps and ten­sio­ning bolts are moun­ted on moun­ting bars. They are availa­ble for round pro­fi­le dia­me­ters Ø 12 mm, made of stain­less steel V2A and in va­rious lengths.

Sen­sors and ma­chi­ne vi­si­on pro­ducts are moun­ted on a moun­ting plate for spe­ci­fic for­mats. The plate is scre­wed to the moun­ting bar eit­her with a clam­ping bolt and a slee­ve or with a clamp.

Moun­ting pro­files are ideal for moun­ting the mi­nia­tu­re de­sign and other items thanks to the T-​slot on all four sides. wenglor’s port­fo­lio in­clu­des 10 × 10 mm moun­ting pro­files and Ø 12 mm moun­ting bars made of alu­min­um, which can be cut in­di­vi­du­al­ly to smal­ler lengths.

Moun­ting using the M3 ad­ap­ter plate with slot nuts and screws en­ables wenglor pro­ducts to be ali­gned fle­xi­b­ly.

Re­flec­tors are moun­ted di­rect­ly on the moun­ting pro­fi­le using an ad­ap­ter. Re­flec­tor foils are stuck to the ad­ap­ter and the web of the ad­ap­ters is fixed in the T-​slot with self-​tapping screws.

The con­nec­tion tech­no­lo­gy con­nects 10 × 10 mm moun­ting pro­files and Ø 12 mm round bars made of alu­min­um.

2D/3D pro­fi­le sen­sors, 3D sen­sors, smart ca­me­ras and other pro­ducts can be moun­ted using an ad­ap­ter plate for 360° ali­gnment with slot nuts with M3 fil­lis­ter head screws.

Moun­ting ele­ments for con­nec­ting sen­sors, smart ca­me­ras, il­lu­mi­na­ti­on, safe­ty tech­no­lo­gy and other pro­ducts with the alu­min­um pro­fi­le are fas­tened with slot nuts.

Ad­ap­ter pla­tes allow the sys­tem to be moun­ted on a uni­ver­sal hol­der on which va­rious wenglor pro­ducts can be at­ta­ched.

This moun­ting ad­ap­teren­ables the cor­rect moun­ting of an ima­ging sen­sor (scan­ner or smart ca­me­ra) on an il­lu­mi­na­ti­on.

Hy­gie­nic sen­sors and moun­ting pipes are at­ta­ched using a moun­ting con­so­le, which is gui­ded through the sys­tem wall and fas­tened there wit­hout gaps.

Moun­ting tubes are availa­ble an­gled or strai­ght as well as with IP69K cable gland. The ba­yo­net fas­tening set is also availa­ble se­pa­ra­te­ly for in­di­vi­du­al in­stal­la­ti­on.

Sen­sors and re­flec­tors come in a hy­gie­nic de­sign with no cor­ners or edges. Thanks to the sea­ling ring and ba­yo­net fas­tening, they can be con­nec­ted to the moun­ting tube wit­hout gaps and leak-​tight.
