Presence Check of Components

In the electronics industry, the quality of PCBs must be checked after assembly. For this purpose, a machine vision camera and a flat dome light are installed above the PCB, which checks the presence, position and orientation of the components.

Tethered Cap Inspection

In the beverage industry, bottles are closed with caps, known as tethered caps, after the filling process. These caps must remain firmly attached to the bottle after opening. Before the caps are finally applied to the bottles, a vision system consisting of machine vision cameras, machine vision controllers, software and illumination reliably checks the inside and outside of the caps in several steps.
