Product Highlights

Software for image processing technologies is used to parameterize and evaluate smart cameras, image processing systems, 2D/3D profile sensors and 3D sensors. This page provides an overview of the product highlights of the machine vision software.

wenglor uniVision 3

Everything in a Single Software Package

The uniVision 3 standard modular software is a configurable solution for image processing. It supports B60 series smart cameras as well as vision systems with machine vision controllers. With uniVision 3, images and height profiles can be evaluated easily and flexibly – without any programming knowledge.

uniVision 2

uniVision 2 is a configurable standard software for smart cameras and vision sensors of the B50 series as well as for smart 2D/3D profile sensors. It enables evaluation of images and height profiles simply, flexibly and without programming knowledge. Intelligent image processing – with one software for all 2D and 3D applications!

AI Lab

Intuitive Platform for Training AI Models for Machine Vision Applications

The AI Lab is a browser-based platform for training AI models for industrial image processing. It enables both beginners and experienced AI users to implement powerful AI solutions independently in the uniVision 3 ecosystem.

weHub

weHub is a software for securely searching and finding wenglor machine vision devices in the network – regardless of the network configuration of the system or the PC. The software also enables the automatic upload of images as well as the download of AI models between wenglor machine vision hardware and AI Lab.

VisionApp 360

The VisionApp 360 software ensures full 360° profile detection when using up to 16 2D/3D profile sensors. The sensors can be synchronized and calibrated with freely selectable arrangement and format by simple parametrization. The measured values are output via a TCP or GigE interface.

VisionApp Demo 3D

The free VisionApp Demo 3D software enables the display of measurement data from 2D/3D profile sensors and 3D sensors. The data is displayed as point clouds which can be saved, loaded and transferred as an offline simulation in uniVision 3. Users configure their sensors via the intuitive software interface.
