Inductive Sensors with Selective Performance

In­duc­ti­ve sen­sors with se­lec­ti­ve per­for­man­ce can dif­fe­ren­tia­te bet­ween fe­rro­mag­ne­tic me­tals (e.g. iron or steel) and non­fe­rro­mag­ne­tic me­tals (alu­mi­num, brass, cop­per and stain­less steel). The fun­ctio­nal prin­ci­ple allows con­tactless and thus wear-​free de­tec­tion and dif­fe­ren­tia­tion of ob­jects.
