The U18T ultrasonic sensors in the widely used M18 format combine robust construction with intelligent technology. The M18 thread design offers a clear advantage: It enables fast, tool-free and efficient installation. Due to their high stability and reliability, U18T sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications with a detection range of up to 2,400 mm. They are ideal for detecting shiny, transparent and dark objects and can even reliably detect mirrored surfaces. With their integrated IO-Link interface, they offer additional flexibility and easy integration into various systems.

Object Detection h3>
In the food industry, baked goods are transported in boxes through the various process steps. Before cleaning the boxes, it has to be ensured that there is no product left in the boxes. For this purpose, two ultrasonic distance sensors are installed next to each other above the conveyor belt, which emit ultrasonic waves and thus check the contents of the boxes.
