Poka-Yoke

Poka-yoke is a Japanese term that describes a process for continuously improving quality by avoiding (yoke) unintentional errors (poka). Sensors can be used for poka-yoke in various ways. Pick-to-light light curtains, for example, ensure error-free work processes in production and assembly by showing workers which parts need to be removed and in what quantities.
