Active connection boxes enable connection between PNP sensors/actuators and Industrial Ethernet They collect and transmit standard digital signals. Each unit has eight digital IO ports with 16 freely selectable input and output pins. The connection boxes can be integrated into existing networks via two Industrial Ethernet ports.
