Smart­ly Com­bi­ned: 2 in 1 – Di­s­tance and In­ten­si­ty De­tec­tion

The PNG//smart se­ries 1P for­mat re­flex light bar­riers are im­pres­si­ve­ly ver­sa­ti­le thanks to their re­lia­ble de­tec­tion me­thod, which com­bi­nes di­s­tance and in­ten­si­ty de­tec­tion. By com­bi­ning both prin­ci­ples, the sen­sors de­tect ob­jects re­gard­less of color, shape and sur­face. The re­flex light bar­riers de­tect ob­jects up to a di­s­tance of 1 m using red LED light. All they need for their func­tion is a de­fi­ned back­ground, which re­moves the need for ad­di­tio­nal moun­ting of a re­flec­tor. The dy­na­mic re­ad­just­ment of the swit­ching th­res­hold au­to­ma­ti­cal­ly com­pen­sa­tes for gra­du­al con­ta­mi­na­ti­on, which en­su­res a high level of ope­ra­tio­nal re­lia­bi­li­ty.
