wenglor China: A Young and Innovative Team
There are currently 30 employees working at our site in China in the areas of sales, management, marketing, technology and logistics. Our team will grow in the coming years with the continuous growth of the Chinese market and the strong development of the automation industry. In 2021, the Chinese market for industrial automation reached a volume of 36 billion euros. With our team in China, we will supply the local economy with high-quality sensor and Machine-Vision products and services from Germany, which cover the automotive industry, the beverage and food industry, logistics, the electrical industry and many more.
Pearl on the Western Pacific Coast
With an area of 6,340 m² and 24,870,895 inhabitants, the dynamic international metropolis Shanghai is located in the middle of China’s eastern coast, where the Yangtze River flows into the sea. Due to its excellent geographical location, the city is referred to as the “pearl on the western Pacific coast”. Shanghai is a famous historic and cultural city, but thanks to its large harbor, it is also known as the major economic and trade hub of China and the whole of Asia.
