weFlux² vs. Uni Fluid Sensors

The weFlux² Product Range
The weFlux² product range is characterized by a robust stainless steel housing and a high protection class of up to IP69K (depending on the variant). Thanks to the use of corrosion-resistant materials and their resistance to chemicals and cleaning agents, weFlux² sensors are suitable for use in the most challenging environments and offer high reliability in challenging applications.

Uni Fluid Sensors
The fluid sensors of the Uni product range have an integrated display that allows direct display of the process values. Robust housing materials and durable design ensure low-maintenance operation. Depending on the product variant, the process values as well as the analog and switching outputs can be configured directly via the display.
Process Connections of Fluid Sensors
Fluid sensors are available with different process connections depending on requirements. From the G1/2" threaded connection to the hygienic, FDA-compliant milk pipe connection, a wide variety of designs enable maximum flexibility. A wide range of adapters further expands the application possibilities.
In addition, wenglor offers a wide range of adapters that enable maximum flexibility.
Process connection | Explanation | Application | Product links | |
---|---|---|---|---|
![]() |
Thread types, e.g. G1/4"/G1/2"/G3/4" | Threaded fluid sensors allow quick installation and removal without changing the sensor position. A seal is required to use the process connection. | Industrial applications | Flow sensors Temperature sensors Pressure sensors |

Thread with metallic sealing edge, e.g. G1/2" | This process connection ensures reliable sealing of the installation device thanks to its conical format. Additional seals are not required. | Industrial application with fully automatic system cleaning | Flow sensors Temperature sensors Pressure sensors |

Sealing cone M18 × 1.5 | Sensors with sealing cone are suitable for pipe systems with internal pressure up to 100 bar. The threaded connection allows replacement without changing the sensor position and does not require an additional seal. | Industrial applications with an internal pipe pressure of up to 100 bar | Flow sensors Temperature sensors |

Cutting/locking ring | Flow sensors can be adapted and mounted to different pipe diameters with cutting or clamping ring adapters. In contrast to cutting rings, clamping ring adapters can be removed. | Use in systems with different pipe diameters | Flow sensors Temperature sensors |

Varivent F or N | The Varivent process connection allows a flush flange connection for flow measurement. A clamp secures the sensor flange to the pipe flange, while an O-ring seal on the inner diameter prevents leakage of the process medium. | Hygienic applications in the beverage/food industry | Flow sensors Temperature sensors |

Tri-clamp | Tri-clamp connections consist of a conical flange on the sensor and at the mounting point. The flanges are connected hygienically and without threads with a clamp and a sealing ring. | Hygienic applications in the beverage/food industry | Flow sensors Temperature sensors |

Milk pipe connection | The milk pipe connection has a conical, smooth format that prevents fluid accumulation. In combination with a milk pipe fitting and seal, it is primarily used in the food industry. | Food and drinks industry | Flow sensors Temperature sensors |
