Threshold

For the purpose of threshold analysis, a gray tone image is converted into a binary image (black and white image). If the gray-scale value of any given pixel is between the selected low and high threshold limits, the pixel appears white in the output image. If the gray-scale value of any given pixel is outside of the selected low and high threshold limits, the pixel appears black in the output image.
