Transit Time Measurement

Transit time measurement is a functional principle of certain photoelectronic reflex sensors (reflex sensor). For the transit time measurement, light is sent out by the emitter. An object or a reflector reflects the light back to the receiver. The time the light needs from emitter to receiver is measured; it is proportional to the distance.
