Illuminating Biscuits with IP69K Bar Light for Pick and Place Applications
Biscuits are individually transported on conveyor belts before the packaging process. In order to grip them correctly and place them in the packages, their position and orientation on the conveyor belt must be determined. A line camera and bar light are installed above for this purpose. The illumination in the stainless steel 316L housing creates targeted light above the product and thus enables a high-contrast camera image. Thanks to its high protection class, the robust bar light (IP69K) is resistant to conventional high-pressure cleaning and strong cleaning agents in washdown areas.
