Protective doors or service flaps on packaging machines can be opened manually in the event of a process error and associated machine downtimes, thus reducing system downtimes. The machine can only be started at this point once this movable guard is properly closed again. Safety switches with RFID coding ensure that the doors are properly closed. Equipped with a permanent magnet, they prevent unintentional opening of the doors if vibrations occur.
