Detection of Food Trays with Reflex Sensors with Background Suppression
When portioning meat, trays must be reliably detected on conveyors with a width of just 150 mm. Reflex sensors with background suppression in hygienic stainless steel 316L design reliably monitor this area, underlying guides or frames are hidden from view. The belts are cleaned at regular intervals with high-pressure jets and CIP cleaning. FDA compliant sensors can withstand these hygienic requirements. Thanks to their stainless steel design, all water drops flow off and the lenses do not fog up. The sensors are watertight (IP68/IP69K).
Reflex Sensors With Background Suppression
Reflex sensors with background suppression detect and measure objects contactlessly and detect them in front of any defined background. They work with red light, infrared light, blue light or laser light. Thanks to the principle of angle measurement, the color, shape and object surface have no influence on the switching behavior of the sensors.
