Color Control of Baked Goods with Vision Sensor
When producing baked goods with chocolate coating, the color of the objects must be checked for quality control. Two vision sensors are installed above the conveyor belt in a hygienically designed stainless steel 316L protective housing, which simultaneously detect all cookies over the entire width of the line. If the camera-based sensors with integrated analysis module detect too many bright pixels, there is not enough chocolate coating on the biscuit and the baked goods are ejected.
