Code Reading of Pharmaceuticals and Packaging at High Speeds Using 1D/2D Code Scanners
In the production of pharmaceuticals, ampules must be assigned to the packaging before shipment. To do this, a large number of codes printed on vials and packaging are recorded at high speed in a short time. While the ampules usually contain 1D codes, the cardboard packaging often has 2D codes – but both types of code must be reliably detected and decoded. Side-mounted 1D/2D code scanners record and process up to 32 of these codes simultaneously in high-speed mode.
1D/2D Code Scanners
1D/2D code scanners read printed, engraved, etched or directly marked codes at high speeds – regardless of the location, position or condition of the code. Data can be transferred via Industrial Ethernet and settings can be received via the intuitive user interface Weblink.
