AOPD

AOPD stands for active optoelectronic protective devices; it is used for sensors based on the active optoelectronic principles. According to EN 61496-2, these sensors are classified into four groups. Amongst other features, optical performance characteristics, electromagnetic compatibility and the engineering design are specified.
