
Come funziona la triangolazione laser?
I sensori di profilo 2D/3D della serie weCat3D funzionano secondo il principio di misurazione della triangolazione laser. Questo metodo prevede che venga proiettato un raggio laser sull’oggetto da rilevare. La telecamera integrata nel sensore esamina il raggio nell’angolo di triangolazione e consente così al sensore di generare un profilo longitudinale preciso. L’allineamento dei profili 2D permette poi di produrre una nuvola di punti 3D.
I sensori weCat3D sono disponibili con luce laser rossa o blu nelle classi laser 2M, 3R e 3B.

The weCat3D series provides a high dynamic range practically regardless of the object’s color and brightness.

weCat3D sensors generate powerful measurement signals, even in the case of reflective surfaces such as metals.
